• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower and resources to achieve cost efficiency and increase the bottom-line profits. Ensure that operation safety standards are maintained day to day by implementing EHS procedures and ensuring compliance with corporate policies. 
• Responsible for the establishment of a robust EHS culture within the overall Tasjeel operations.
