Jobs Responsibilities

Create a safe working environment for all staff, display knowledge, and confidence to work safely, and provide support and direction for all co-workers. Ensure all allocated tasks given by the lead Technician/Engineer and Line Manager are completed as per the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) data and EEMC documentation and procedures. Monitor the activities and work of peers and Mechanics, where necessary provide mentoring and guidance to ensure that work with is carried out safely and efficiently. Extra responsibilities will be given according to tasks and operations.
