Emirates National Oil Company ENOC Jobs in UAE are open to hiring a Customer Service Representative CSR based in Dubai, UAE. ENOC is a major Government-owned largest oil and gas company playing a vital role in the progress of the United Arab Emirates economy.

The main job responsibilities include performing proper data entry (from the customer’s documents), at the check-in point/at the counter, issuing result certificates, collecting cash for tests conducted and registration of the vehicle, and guiding the customer correctly. In case of vehicle failure, he/she should explain the failure points to the customer, if possible, or guide him/her to the Supervisor or Site manager on duty

Applicants possessing a recognized higher secondary school certificate with 1-2 years of relevant experience are eligible to apply. Candidates should be computer literate and fluent in English and Arabic. Those who are on visit visas for job hunting in UAE can also apply.
